Violations and Definitions
General Violations
DISRUPTION OF EVENTS
Game Masters (GM, GMs) run different game events. Players who disrupt these events (continuously messaging a GM, being in a zone they have been asked not to be in, harassing participants, and delaying the events for invalid reasons etc.) will be subject to penalties.
FALSE REPORTS/REPEAT REPORTING
Reporting false information such as presenting yourself as a hack victim to profit from this action is illegal. This also applies to giving false information about others players to get them into trouble or continuously accusing other players of non-factual information.
PUNKING OR HARASSING GAME MASTERS OR OTHER MOBIUSGAMES EMPLOYEES
Punking or harassment of Game Masters or other mobiusgames employees such as GSS or Sales Representatives is a punishable offense. Game Masters will issue only one (1) verbal warning before administering penalties to the offending party.
MOBIUSGAMES EMPLOYEE IMPERSONATION
Impersonation occurs when a player pretends to be a Game Master or employee of mobiusgames in order to extract personal information or game items from another player. This is a form of scamming and will not be tolerated by Game Management.
Player Harassment
PROFANITY
Profanity is using curse words or bad words in any language that can be seen by any other player. Although we have implemented a program to filter the use of swear words during the game some players may find ways to get around this with the use of other characters or symbols. Remember not everybody is the same. Each has their on creed, religion and personal culture and what is ok with you and your peers may not be ok for them.
INSULTS/ RACIAL SLURS/ SEXUAL COMMENTS
Insulting other players occurs when a player or group of players use vulgarity or swear words against another player or party for any particular reason. It is the use of insults in order to degrade another or hurt their feelings. Some comments do not necessarily have to contain swear words to be insulting to a person. Player remarks can be hateful, degrading, racist, and very discriminatory.
REAL-LIFE THREATS
We do not tolerate threatening of other players with real-life challenges that result in violent outcomes. These include fights, shooting stabbing, killing and threats to seek and beat up other players out of the game. Please keep it in-game and settle it in the PVP areas.
ILLEGAL TRADING
Illegal Trading is when another player sells or buys in-game items or accounts for money or items that exist in other games. This also includes the trading of items that represent any money value such as prepaid cards or ePoints.
Additional Notes:
- mobiusgames will not entertain reports and calls about illegal transactions.
- Trading in-game items for PHP, ePoints, mobile phone load, or any other property outside of the game is highly discouraged. Illegal trading will not be honored as a valid excuse /reason for acquiring items. If the items were reported missing, the account will be held liable for account hacking, if the item is illegal, the account will be blocked accordingly.
- Game Masters will issue only one (1) verbal warning before issuing penalties to the offending party.
Hacking
ACCOUNT HACKING
Account hacking is accessing another user's account in order to take items, delete the character, alter stats, or obtain personal information about the character or about the player himself.
HACKING USING THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS
Third party programs are programs that are used in order to change or modify the Dekaron SEA client. This include 1-hit hacks (1HH), vacuum hacks, wall hacks, speed hacks, duplicating programs, bots or trainers that may edit game modifiers or character stats. It is illegal to advertise or distribute any third party programs and fake websites inside and outside the game.
BUG EXPLOITATION
Bugs in the game should always be reported to the GMs or Customer Service as soon as they discovered. We penalize players who exploit in game bugs for personal gain. Distribution of illegal hacks and advertising the distribution of third party programs that are used to alter to give an unfair advantage or disrupt game play is a violation. This also applies to advertising these third party programs inside the game or on the forums.
ITEM DUPLICATION/ILLEGAL ITEM GENERATION
- Primary Duper (item was duplicated using this account) will bring about a permanent ban plus an item wipe.
- Primary Recipient (duped items were passed primarily to this account) will bring about a permanent ban plus an item wipe.
- Transitory Recipient (duped items were passed by primary recipient to this account) will bring about a 20-day ban plus a dupe item wipe for the first offense. For the second offense, the transitory recipient will be permanently banned and all items will be wiped.
- All mule and/or dummy accounts (accounts with the highest character of only level 40 and below) caught in possession of duped items will be permanently banned and item wiped.

RELATED ACCOUNTS
mobiusgames reserves the right to terminate an account, and any other accounts that may share the same member name, phone number, email address, postal address, Internet protocol address, or credit card number.
DISCLAIMER
Regardless of the time of the violation, the current revisions will take effect. Every violation will be subjected to the current penalties and cannot be appealed. mobiusgames has the right to refuse access to confidential data unless required by the Constitution.
Dekaron SEA Item Recovery
The following are not recoverable:
- Items lost due to the following:
- Scams
- Accidental drop
- Accidental deletion
- Accidental sale or mistake in actual price
- Data loss due to database revert
- Failed fortification
- Destroyed cash items
